Notice to Freebox Revolution subscribers, Free is deploying, according to several reports, a new update to the Player of its emblematic box launched in 2010, still equipping nearly half of its landline customers. Stamped 1.3.28.2, this new version is at first sight corrective. The developers did not communicate the nature of the changes made. To benefit from it, simply restart your TV box.

The last major update of the Player Revolution dates from October 13, 2021 with the integration of compatibility with Alexa, Amazon’s voice assistant to control the Freebox. The developers had also added global search, to find Replay, TV and on-demand content at any time by pressing the blue button (magnifying glass) on the remote control.
