According to the Gangwon Police Agency on the 28th, sisters A and B in their 40s and 50s, the owners of a prostitution in Wonju, were arrested.
Person A and others are accused of committing all kinds of abusive acts against five female waitresses.
They are known to have abused them in a variety of ways, including leashes and chains wrapped around them, feeding them rice mixed with animal feed, feeding them excrement, and pouring boiling water over their bodies.
A victim who had been abused for nearly a year suffered from auricular hematoma, also known as ‘dumpling ear’, a disease caused by bleeding caused by repeated stimulation of the auricle (pinna).
In August last year, the police, who investigated the terrible crimes revealed by the victims’ complaints, arrested Mr. A and Mr. B and handed over the case to the prosecution.
Prosecutors indicted the two on the 23rd by applying 16 crimes including joint confinement, joint assault, habitual assault, special assault, coercion, intimidation, and forced molestation under the Violence Punishment Act.
