In early May, Samsung started shipping the May security patch for Galaxy A33 5G in some markets.
Now, the South Korean has brought a new update to the Galaxy A33 5G with security improvements and possible news.

The first update brought the May 2023 security patch to the Galaxy A33 5G (SM-A336M) and had firmware version A336MUBS4CWD4. Now, the cell phone has received a new update of the middle pack with the new firmware A336MUBU5CWE1.
In addition to improvements to privacy and security vulnerabilities, the update log cites new or improved features. On firmware, the letter “U” indicates that the update is more than a routine update. However, the news or improvements were not detailed.
The update is currently available in Colombia, Trinidad and Tobago, Bolivia, Peru, Mexico, Ecuador, Paraguay and Chile. Unfortunately, there is no forecast for the update to have its distribution started in Brazil.

O Galaxy A33 5G started receiving the May security patch in new update released this Friday. According to preliminary information, the update is available in Europe.
The update carries firmware version A336MUBS4CWD4, which weighs in at around 200MB and fixes around 50 holes found in Android 13.
The changelog also mentions the presence of security adjustments for problems present in the Korean manufacturer’s proprietary interface, but there are no new features.
