The State demands that the management comply with the law and “put an end to attacks on the mental health of staff”.

“Extremely rare”. This is the adjective used in an official letter to qualify the number of complaints addressed to the State about the prevailing climate in the Geneva public transport administration (TPG). About twenty complaints have poured in to the Cantonal Office for Inspection and Labor Relations (Ocirt), responsible for enforcing federal standards in this area.
In the hands of the “Tribune de Genève”, this letter from the Ocirt was sent on November 9 to the TPG after having collected the testimonies and received the director general of the management. She confirms, as we wrote on November 6, that the cloth burns within two administrative entities of Geneva public transport, especially human resources (HR), but also the marketing, sales and communication unit.
