Al-Marsad Newspaper: “Formerly” Professor of Climate at Qassim University, Vice President of the Saudi Weather and Climate Society, Dr. Abdullah Al-Misnad expected; Today, scattered clouds will form that may be rainy in parts of the northern regions of the city, Tabuk, Asir and Al-Baha, and may extend to the north of Al-Jawf.
Al-Misnad added, through his Twitter account: “The sun is close to the planet in such days, so we see its disk at sunset, for example, beautiful and large, different from the disk of the summer sun, and the difference between winter and summer is about 5 million km.”
And he continued: “Seven days remain until the end of the year 2021 AD. The day takes its share of the night by 3 seconds for this day, and we live in the second quarter of the rainy season.”
In the same context, the weather researcher and member of the Climate Nomenclature Committee, Abdulaziz Al-Hussaini, said that the weather today tends to be cold in the cities of the Kingdom and the Gulf.
And he added, through a tweet via his Twitter account: A decrease in temperature is expected in Riyadh and the eastern region from today, Saturday, and a cool weather in the morning and moderate during the day during the coming days, from tomorrow Sunday in the northern, central, eastern and western regions, in addition to rain on the southern heights.
He pointed out that today’s temperatures were the lowest in Qurayyat 2 degrees Celsius, and the highest in Jizan 25 degrees, while it was recorded in Jeddah 18 degrees, Riyadh 15 degrees Celsius, and Medina 12 degrees Celsius.
