Golf pro Matthias Schwab finished the John Deere Classic of the PGA Tour in Silvis, Illinois, in 16th place. In the end, the Styrian had to settle for a round of 72 on the par 71 course and fell back eight places with a total of 272 strokes (12 under par). Schwab, who was third at halftime, made five bogeys in the final lap. The American JT Poston won with 21 strokes under par.
