On November 21, the Government Gazette website published the announcement of the Prime Minister’s Office titled granting royal permission to remove the military rank and restore the commissioned officer’s insignia under the Air Force due to an offense of fleeing military service during regular hours

states that there is a royal command graciously granting the royal permission to remove Lieutenant Colonel Flag Thai Chimphli Park commissioned officer Under the Air Force, retired from the military rank since April 16, 2015 due to an offense of evasion from the military during regular service time according to Section 12 of the Military Rank Act, B.E. 1958, assembling the Ministry of Defense regulations concerning those who should not be held in the military rank and titles, B.E. 2507, item 2

and was graciously pleased to grant His Majesty the King’s permission to recall the White Elephant Tritaphon Order Tritaphon Mongkut Thai White Elephant and Thai crown traps that have been bestowed upon all grades of royal decorations according to Article 6 and 7 (4) of the Office of the Prime Minister’s Regulations on Requesting for the Royal Permission to Recall Royal Decorations B.E. 2548 (2005)

The Commander-in-Chief Thongthai Suan Chimplee has been withdrawn from the list of recipients of royal decorations according to the relevant announcements from the Office of the Prime Minister.
