Now, the means allocated to players are quite exceptional to start remake sketches and, in this kind of situation, the Unreal Engine 5 is one of the perfect tools, as evidenced by this stunning video of one of the places iconic Rockstar game.

For a few weeks, it’s been very simple, the performance of Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 5 gives us real slaps when we see the rendering that can be achieved thanks to the engine. The more time passes, the more demos are springing up all over the web, highlighting both famous superheroes, the reproduction of a Japanese train station or a slew of environments each more realistic than the other.
However, what impresses all the more is when the famous engine of the creators of Fortnite attempts to bring some very popular games back to life. Recently it is Cyberpunk 2077the title of CD Projekt RED, which has distinguished itself in this field in an excerpt to die for. In terms of dropping jaws, there is therefore plenty to do, which is also why the YouTube channel TeaserPlay shares with us this recreation of Grove Street from GTA San Andreas.

The emblematic district of Grand Theft Auto : San Andreas therefore comes back to life and shines with a thousand lights thanks to the Unreal Engine 5. As sublime by day as by night, the extract also impresses with the quality of the 3D models of the characters, in particular that of CJ which was produced by Hossein Diba. Only downside, this is only a visual demo and not playable. A status that can be explained in particular by the virulence shown by Take-Two in the face of this kind of project.
Admittedly, it is sad not to be able to put our hands directly on it, but that leaves us dreaming when faced with the field of possibilities for Grand Theft Auto VI : the game probably won’t use this engine, but it might look at least as good as it looks in this snippet. But hey, you don’t have to not expect such a result on the latest home consoles for quite some time!
