“Grey’s Anatomy”: Star has new job: “Jackson” actor changes to new series

Jackson actor Jesse Williams (41) will appear alongside in the new season of the series “Only Murders in the Building”. Selena Gomez (30), Steve Martin (77) and Martin Short (72) can be seen. The series, which can be streamed on Disney+, never ceases to amaze with its plot twists and star cast.

The hit series on Disney+ tells the story of three very different neighbors, all of whom are fans of true crime podcasts. In the first season, the unlikely trio find the body of their neighbor Tim Kono. Since the circumstances of the death seem very strange to them, they start investigating on their own and become true crime stars of their own along the way. In season two, they become the prime suspects themselves and must prove they had nothing to do with the murder of the neighborhood chairwoman.

Williams will now complement this trio. His role is described as a “documentary filmmaker, with a special interest in the case”. “He’ll definitely create tension,” promised Steve Martin. In any case, viewers can look forward to several appearances from the “Grey’s Anatomy” star. At the same time, it was revealed that Williams would make a brief comeback as Dr. Jackson Avery will have.

Only Murders in the Building: Another new face

But Williams isn’t the only newcomer in season three. Paul Rudd (53), known for his role in the Ant-Man films, will also be seen again. By the end of season two, Rudd had a brief appearance on the show. He played Ben Glenroy, a Broadway actor who was cast by Oliver (Short) in his latest Broadway musical. However, on the night of the premiere, Ben Glenroy is found dead on stage. The third season will thus revolve around solving this mysterious murder and Williams’ role in it.

It remains to be seen which other stars will be seen again. Because the series likes to surprise its viewers with new characters. Cara Delevigne (30) took on a leading role in the second season. But stars like Jimmy Fallon (48), Amy Schumer (41) and Mark Conuelos (51) have also taken on small roles.
