GSKill Trident Z5 NEO 6000 MT/s CL30 EXPO

Second kit that we are going to review and which bears the mention “EXPO”. It is therefore a kit from GSKill, the Trident Z5 NEO 6000 MT/s CL30 EXPO that we are going to test today on la ROG Crosshair X670E Gene. We offered you last week the test of the kit Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 6000 MT/s CL30 EXPO.

“EXPO”, but what is that? These are DDR5 memory kits intended for motherboards built around the chipset X670E and B650E. They have two profiles with logically a second more optimized profile, but is this really the case? We also take this opportunity to thank GSKill for giving us the opportunity to review this kit.

So, a little comment on the choice of unit for the memory frequency. For several months, manufacturers and several of our colleagues no longer use MHz to talk about memory frequency. Either some use MT/s or Mbps. On our side, we will pass on MT/s at present while waiting to see what will become the new standard.

Do not hesitate to ask us your questions if you encounter any configuration problems either in the comments or on our social networks. You can also join our community on discord.

We take stock of the kits available to us:

Since this is an article where we are going to do comparative tests, it seemed interesting to us to review the different kits in our possession. You will be able to know in detail the characteristics of each of them. You can also take a look at the section where are available our latest tests of kits memories and thus find the one that interests you.
