Today, Tesla announced through its official website that the price of the Model Y rear-wheel drive version has been increased by 15,060 yuan, and the adjusted price is 316,900 yuan. This is the third time in a week that Tesla has adjusted model prices.
The Tesla Model Y rear-wheel drive version is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum power of 194kW and a 50kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack. Earlier, Musk said at the 2021 Tesla shareholder meeting that Tesla had to raise vehicle prices due to a combination of chip supply shortages and continued high battery raw material prices, but he hoped the price increase would be temporary.
