The accident occurred on Sunday around 5:00 a.m. in Hooglede. The motorcyclist was ejected from his vehicle after hitting a flower box. The 50-year-old did not survive the shock.
A traffic expert descended on the scene to shed light on the circumstances of the accident. In all likelihood, the biker made a pilot error, which caused him to lose control of his two-wheeler. No other vehicle is involved in the accident.
