In terms of appearance, the CR-V e:PHEV continues the design of the US-spec model, with a shape similar to the Ridgeline truck, which is relatively rough and powerful. With the slightly elongated headlights, it gives a very distinct visual impression. Compared with the previous generation, the body size is slightly enlarged. It’s not a big change, but it’s enough to make the 6th-generation CR-V the largest generation yet.

In terms of power, the new CR-V e:PHEV is equipped with a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine with a maximum output of 110kW (about 150 horsepower), code-named LFB16, compared to the current CR-V sharp. The code-named LFB13 used by the hybrid e+ has a slight increase of about 4 hp. The motor part adopts a front axle single motor system with a maximum power of 135kW (about 184 horsepower), which is matched with a ternary lithium battery pack from CATL and an ECVT gearbox.
