Housing Support Program – University of Chile

Program focused on financial support through loan management for housing projects of the members of the Staff Welfare and on activities related to the subject.

I. APPLICATION FOR HOUSING LOANS

WHO CAN APPLY?

All members of the Staff Welfare Unit, who meet the following requirements:

– Be a member of the Welfare of the Personnel, with 12 months of social contributions to the month preceding the application.

– Have the ability to borrow.

– Prove effective residence through valid documentation.

WHERE SHOULD I APPLY?

With (the) Social Assistant of your Agency. Contact Social Workers Organizations

HOW MANY FEES CAN I APPLY FOR?

The members must comply with the following years of membership in Personal Welfare, in order to access the different quota tranches:

YEARS OF MEMBERSHIP NUMBER OF QUOTAS
Less than 3 years of continuous membership with contract Monthly fees up to the duration of your contract
3 years or more of continuous membership with contract Up to 48 installments.
Quality of property official Up to 48 installments

WHAT DOCUMENTATION MUST I SUBMIT TO APPLY?

– Payment of the member’s salary for the month of October 2021. Likewise, later, the payment of the salary of November 2021 will be required, which must be sent on November 30 of this year (EXCLUSIVE).

– Contract extension, issued by the dept. of personnel of each Organism. Ship in early December (EXCLUSIVE).

– Photocopy of the member’s identity card (EXCLUSIVE).

– Residence certificate (EXCLUSIVE).

– Other specific documents that the Social Worker requests to attach, depending on the type of application, whether it is the acquisition of a home, expansion, repair, dividends, etc.
