A well-known Belarusian model and mother of three children spoke about this by her own example. Ekaterina Domankova.

“Sometimes, like many people who are entrusted with great responsibility and many tasks, I have… burnout,” shared Ekaterina Domankova. “In recent years, I have learned not to fall into the depths of emotional devastation. It is quite difficult to do this when the resource has been wasted. It’s easier to dig, to be sad, to feel sorry for yourself. Therefore, it is better not to allow this.

I highlighted what must be present in my routine for me to stay in balance.

  1. Time to take care of yourself. Beauty and health rituals are very important to me. 15-20 minutes is a must!
  1. My appearance.

Makeup and clothing format at home, where I spend 90% of the time, as if guests will come. If I start to be lazy and allow myself buns and sportswear, I just physically begin to feel bad. Appearance is the key to my cheerful mood.

  1. Time with my husband.

At home, we are parents and it is very difficult to allocate space for us as a couple. Dinners for two out of the house, joint trips recharge my emotional battery well.

  1. Healthy food.

If I’m too lazy to eat healthy, my strength becomes less, which also affects my mood. You can not talk about sports, without it I

  1. Connection with nature.

Without it, I myself begin to fade, so I walk several times a week, once a week or two I go to the mountains for hiking.

  1. Delegation.

I transfer responsibility and efforts where possible. I reduce and optimize the expenditure of my time on what can be entrusted. This also applies to children. I teach them to cope with tasks on their own.

  1. A specific task – in a specific period of time.

Do not do three things at once, but qualitatively, without being distracted, devote time to each separately. This is especially true of time with children and family. Scattering, mutizadochnost, wrong planning take a lot of my resource.

  1. I started my weekend practice.

It was supposed to be one day a week when I rest, do what I want: put things off, calls, motherhood, family management, and so on. Happened a couple of times…

  1. I want to start meditating, I feel that I really need it for balance!

But it’s like having a weekend…
