This Saturday at Casa BLU, we spoke with the coaches in healthy habits Claudia and Camila Torres on food at home and how to maintain a Balanced diet.

“To create good habits you have to start small and set simple goals. You cannot start with objectives that are not realistic because we are not going to meet them“Camila explained.
