Recording the screen in Windows 10 is much easier than it seems
Many users believe that to be able to record the screen in Windows 10 it is necessary to install third-party programs. Nothing is further from reality. Microsoft provides us with a screen recording tool at the fingertips of a simple key combination: Windows + G.
This will lead us to Game Bar or Xbox Game Bar. Do not be fooled by the name, since it is not necessary that we are playing to be able to use this tool. Once open, we can select the option “Capture” to start recording the content shown in the Windows 10 window. It is important to remind you that you cannot capture your desktop or the file explorer, but you can capture everything else.
If you want, you can enable the option to “Activate the microphone during recording”, something especially useful if you are trying to record a tutorial or something like that. While recording, a floating window will be displayed informing you of the recording time and allowing you to stop it. To see the recordings you just have to click on the option «Show all captures». From this same place you can delete them, see their size and the date they were created. You can also access them from the route «users> username> videos> screenshots » from your file explorer.
How easy was it to record the screen of your PCs in Windows 10? Many times the difficult thing is not doing things but knowing how to do them. The Game Bar is a very useful tool that all users should know about, not just gamers!
