The criminal court of Namur proceeded on Monday to the hearing instruction in a file of attempted murder which took place on July 24, 2021 on the esplanade of the citadel of Namur.
Several groups of revelers were gathered there when an altercation broke out after one of those present asked the defendant for a cigarette.
