Lim posted an article related to the May 18 Democratization Movement on Facebook on the same day and said, “I realized that it was an honor to be scorned by some people in the past called ‘Hongeojwasa’ (a term that demeans people from Jeolla-do).”
He said, “I will go to work as the Daegu District Prosecutor’s Office from next Monday (23rd). He once wanted to work, but he had to crawl.” He said, “His hometown, Busan, and his father’s hometown, Pohang, are not far away. I will be happy to prepare to move.”
Lim was transferred to the head of the Daegu District Prosecutor’s Office’s Important Economic Crime Investigation Team. It is evaluated that he is a relegated person.
Lim is the person responsible for accusing President Yoon Seok-yeol of interfering with the investigation and investigation into the case of former Prime Minister Han Myung-sook. She claims that she was obstructed by an investigation into a perjury teacher accused of harming former prime minister Han in May 2020.
The crux of the allegation is that President Yoon and others interfered with a fact-finding investigation into a complaint that an inmate was forced to give false testimony during the investigation of former Prime Minister Han’s violation of the Political Fund Act. Previously, the High-ranking Public Officials Crime Investigation Agency acquitted President Yoon in relation to the case.
