A Sudanese teacher revealed the secret of the love and loyalty of his Saudi students who he studied for him 40 years ago, stressing in this regard that he never needed to use beatings or cruelty, punishment and severity in their teaching, so they kept him with feelings of cordiality, loyalty and love despite the passage of years!

The teacher, Hisham Kaili, said to the “Sabah Al Arabiya” program: “I never needed to carry the stick, and I did not punish a student for shortcomings. Mutual and existing between me and the students, as well as the school administration.”

He pointed out that he did not stop at his role as a teacher of Islamic education in the classroom, but rather he was practicing the role of father and educator, sharing their joys and sorrows.

He called on fellow teachers to avoid reprimands and corporal punishment; So as not to alienate students from studying and teaching, pointing out that his pedagogical and parenting methods are still practiced today as a teacher in Saeed Al-Thanoba Schools for Girls in Sudan.
