Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Control and Anti-Corruption Authority initiated a number of criminal and administrative cases during the month of Sha’ban 1443 AH through 5,279 monitoring rounds.
The commission indicated that 258 people were investigated, while 127 suspects were arrested, including those who were released on bail.
She pointed out that the accused belong to the Ministries of Defense, Interior, National Guard, Health, Justice, Education, Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, where they were involved in financial and administrative corruption crimes, most notably: bribery, abuse of power, money laundering and fraud.
