India vs New Zealand 2nd Test, Day 3 Score Updates: India to secure victory

Mumbai: India will take on New Zealand in the second Test today. With three days to go, India have a 332 – run second innings lead. At stumps on the second day, India were 69 not out. Mayank Agarwal (38 *) and Cheteshwar Pujara (29 *) were at the crease.

Earlier, India were bowled out for 325 in the first innings. Mayank Agarwal (150), Akshar Patel (52) and Shubhman Gill (44) were the hosts’ top scorers in Test cricket. Ajaz Patel, who took 10 wickets, thwarted India’s hopes of a big score.

But in the first innings, the New Zealand batsmen lost everything they touched. He was out for just 62 runs. Mohammad Siraj, who took the first three wickets, started the Kiwis’ collapse. Ravichandran Ashwin (four wickets), Akshar Patel (two wickets) and Jayand Yadav (one wicket) were the mainstays of the spin trio.
