Interview with Seedorf: “Milan, I have a regret”

The former Dutch champion: “I anticipated my arrival on the Rossoneri bench, I was not allowed to continue. Then very few offers … how many black people hold positions of power?”

It is a 360-degree Clarence Seedorf, the one who speaks to Andrea Elefante a few hours after the Milan derby in an exclusive interview with the Gazzetta. Former midfielder of both Inter and Milan, the Dutchman immediately warned Ibrahimovic and Lukaku (“they must understand that the football giants are an example for everyone”) and then has his say on some of the most anticipated players. From Barella who cannot yet define himself as the best Italian midfielder “because we need to analyze his performance after several years” to Eriksen, now finally useful to the Nerazzurri thanks to the “flexibility that Conte has learned to use”. At Milan Seedorf was also a coach, with one regret: “I anticipated my arrival, I should have started in June the following season. Then I was no longer allowed to continue.” Finally the accusation: “From then on I have had very few offers in Italy, in the Netherlands and in Europe. We know why … How many black people occupy the positions of greatest power here?”.
