Apple is now offering the second beta (build 18C5054c) of iOS 14.3 on iPhone and iPadOS 14.3 on iPad. It is available to developers for now. It arrives less than a week before the previous one.
Apple does not say what are the new features of this version. As a reminder, the first beta included several elements. These included the ProRAW format for the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, support for the PS5‘s DualSense controller, a new default search engine (Ecosia) and more. The complete list of new features in this version can be found on this article. We will have to wait for the return of the developers / testers to know what is new in the second beta.
The iOS 14.3 beta code also includes an image that reveals the design of the AirPods Studio headset. Additionally, part of the code shows AirTags support is on the way.
Apple is not yet saying when the stable version of iOS 14.3 will be available for download. It is possible that it will be for December. At least that’s a guess based on the release of iOS 13.3 last year.
If your iPhone or iPad is configured to receive betas, go to Settings> General> Software Update. You will be able to download the second beta of iOS 14.3.
