Although adding only the Champions League, after the format change, only Cristiano Ronaldo had five: four with Madrid and one with Manchester United.

Isco will not be able to access that group, as he did not play a single minute in the Champions League. The player receives the medal from him, but for UEFA statistical purposes the player will not add the Champions League for the 2021-22 season to his record.

It clearly specifies it in the statistics it produces in his web page when he points out that the winners are those “players who have played in the winning team of the UEFA Champions League. Substitutes without minutes or unused squad players do not count.”
In the UEFA Statistical Book Chelsea in the 2020-21 season did not add the Champions League to Willy Caballero.
In 2014-2015 Barcelona did not add the Champions League to Claudio Bravo, Thomas Vermaelen and Douglas Pereira.
