The flight is starting to date but the passengers have not forgotten anything. At the end of September, many of them boarded the Ryanair plane departing from Edinburgh to reach Ibiza. A classic flight which was however disrupted by a group of 70 people. Until now, the other passengers had never talked about it because a complaint had been filed. A formal response having been formulated on November 26, a couple decided to break the silence by also sharing some video sequences.
For them, this three-hour flight was “horrible”. The group indeed took advantage of the journey to party in the aisle of the aircraft by putting on loud music, drinking bottles of alcohol and harassing other travelers… “There was no control on this plane. It was horrible from the minute we walked up. They were about 70 and all came from the same region. They had a big loudspeaker at the highest possible volume, which rang for three hours,” the couple told local media.
And that’s not all. “They were banging on the roof, taking off their tops… The only time Ryanair staff came near them was to serve them more drink. I didn’t even want to go to the bathroom because they were getting more and more drunk. The other passengers were really annoyed by this behavior and it could have escalated into a real war. »
