Jadue rises and reaches Lavín in the first place of presidential preference in the Cadem poll | National

The mayor of Recoleta, Daniel Jadue, registered an increase of 3% in the consultation on presidential options, reaching in first place his counterpart from Las Condes, Joaquin Lavin, according to this Monday’s edition of the Cadem poll.

When asked, Who would you like to be the next president? Jadue and Lavín appear in first place, although with only 8% of the preferences, followed by Evelyn Matthei with 7%, José Antonio Kast with 3 % and Franco Parisi with 2%.

Further back there are other mentions with 1% such as Beatriz Sánchez, President Michelle Bachelet, Pamela Jiles, Felipe Kast and Sebastián Sichel. While 58% answered that they “don’t know”.

On the expectations of who will be the next president, 17% respond that it will be Lavín, 9% Jadue, 5% Matthei and 2% José Antonio Kast. The rest get 1% or less.

Covid-19 and Government

Another item is the approval of President Sebastián Piñera, which remains at 24%, while 66% disapprove of his management.

Likewise, 46% approve of the Executive’s management regarding the covid-19 pandemic and 51% approve of the deconfinement process carried out by health authorities. While 42% disapprove of it.

Regarding the measures, 93% are in favor of the widespread use of masks, especially in public places such as supermarkets or stores, and 93% when walking in the street.
