Justin Bieber has COVID-19

Singer Justin Bieber contracted COVID-19 the day after the first show of his “Justice” world tour, which took place Friday in San Diego, California.

In doing so, the show scheduled for Sunday night in Las Vegas, Nevada, was canceled. It will be postponed to a later date during the summer, said the musician’s entourage.

“Due to a positive case in the tour team, we unfortunately have to postpone the concert scheduled for Sunday in Las Vegas, said a spokesperson for the singer on Saturday. Justin is very disappointed, but the health and safety of his team and his fans is his priority.”

According to what TMZ reports, the Canadian learned on Saturday that he was positive for the coronavirus and he is doing well.

The first show in a series of 52 was nevertheless a great success, according to the spokesperson.

It is unknown at this time if Justin Bieber will have to postpone other concerts. A concert is scheduled for Tuesday in Glendale, Arizona, and another in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The “Justice” tour is scheduled to stop at the Bell Center on March 29. Stops in Toronto (March 25) and Ottawa (March 27) are also on the schedule.
