By adding a series of “flashbacks” to Arthur’s childhood, Alexandre Astier also makes sure to give extra depth to his character, with his still deadpan humor.
Mixture of genres – humor, comedy, adventure film, “fantasy”, parody -, Kaamelott – First part teeming with jokes, gags, innuendo, reading levels. Like the series, the two-hour film will satisfy fans of this crazy universe, which never goes easy.
What if this First part cleverly closes certain intrigues left in suspense by the series, it opens others which allow to hope, if the success at the counters is at the rendezvous, a second part just as pleasant.
