Rumor swells.
The music show at Super Bowl halftime done now part of the cult elements that we enjoy discovering each year. Each time, the organization chooses a different artist, but for several years now, we can see artists from rap or urban pop come and perform on stage, in front of several hundred million spectators around the world. A show that the artists are therefore tearing up, and this year, it will apparently be Rihanna who will be in charge for the 2023 Superbowl halftime.
But she won’t be alone! Indeed, it is already in the process of building and purifying a list of 50 artists among which she will choose who will come to help her on stage at halftime. And in this list of 50 names would be found in particular Kanye West. Suddenly, the rumor swells about his presence in the show, and it is maintained by the rapper himself, who remains mysterious by reposting articles that talk about this subject. RiRi’s shortlist would also include names like Paul McCartney and Bono.
A cast less hip hop than last year, where US rap was clearly at the party, with Eminem, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg. But with Kanye West and Rihanna, we have two huge stars with whom it should be possible to do a show that will be remembered. By the way Kanye West knows how to make a concert legendary when he wants to. For Rihanna however, we have small concerns since she has not released an album since 2016. We will therefore have big hits on the program, but which are a bit dated. We also hope that she will be in good shape since this concert will be her first appearance on stage since giving birth.
