Four-year-old Prince Louis was bored sitting at ceremonial events.
At a celebration in London anniversary of the board Queen Elizabeth II was eclipsed by the great-grandson of the hero of the occasion – Prince Louis. Standing next to his crowned great-grandmother on the balcony during the parade, the four-year-old boy was very active and made faces. Photos with him immediately became viral from the Web and scattered into memes.
Why the boy was so expressive that day, explained one of the members of the royal family, Mike Tindall, the husband of the royal granddaughter Zara Tindall. The athlete became a guest of the podcast The Good, the Bad & the Rugby and explained that it was hard for all the young relatives of Elizabeth II to sit during the long festive events. And the amount of sweets that the children ate before the start of the celebrations also influenced.
“Louis, he just wanted to have fun. And my two daughters are always mischievous, so it’s just a matter of keeping things under control. Although before that there were a lot of sweets, so there was a real sugar high,” Mike said.
By the way, after the event, Louis’ parents – Prince William and Kate Middleton – published congratulations to fellow citizens on the anniversary date on social networks.
