That’s why they’re getting divorced
Court records reveal Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s divorce. They are “irreconcilable differences”.
After much speculation, it was officially confirmed on February 19th: Kim Kardashian (41, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians”) and rapper Kanye West (43) are getting divorced. The British tabloid “The Sun” published now the divorce papers filed in courtwhich also reveal the reason for the separation. Accordingly, Kardashian has indicated “irreconcilable differences”.
The records also confirm reports that the spouses intend to share custody of their four children, North (7), Saint (5), Chicago (3) and Psalm (1) in the future. In addition, Kardashian has filed a motion that neither she nor West should receive spousal support.
Marriage contract regulates the distribution of assets
A source told the newspaper that West should agree to the sharing of custody. In addition, no war is likely to break out over their two billion dollar fortunes. Because a prenuptial agreement should have ensured clear relationships even before the marriage. Neither of the two intends to question the agreement.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had been dating since 2012. In May 2014 they said yes.
