Natalia Segura, better known on social networks as ‘La Segura’, is one of the most popular influencers in Colombia, not only because of the content that she uploads to the internet but also because of the delicate health situation that in recent months has prostrated her to a bed. As she has mentioned, the pain in her lower back prevents her from standing or sitting for long, so lately she has had to lie down almost all day, every day.
For this reason, on January 16, ‘La Segura’ indicated that he could no longer continue creating content on social networks, because his body simply did not meet the standards to which his followers are accustomed.

However, a few hours ago ‘La Segura’ gave a message of hope to her followers, mentioning that she had finally found a doctor who would dare to operate on her, in order to try to eliminate or at least reduce the pain that has caused her. led to live in a true “hell”.
“I want to tell you that if God allows it, they will soon operate on me. Finally!” the woman reported through her Instagram stories.
He also explained that it was thanks to the help of his fans that “Surgeons rained down from heaven” to be able to bring a halo of faith in search of being able to see a light at the end of the tunnel.

It should be remembered that for a few days, the influencer decided to return to Medellin, where she lives alone, so as not, according to her, to bother her relatives who currently reside in Cali. Seeing how his family suffers because of him ended up worsening his situation.
