In the 1990s, the excursion boat “Diamond Lady” sailed across the Mississippi. In 2021, the steamer, which was decommissioned in 1999, sank to the bottom of the lake in a winter storm. Due to the lack of precipitation, however, it dwindles and exposes the wreck of the “Diamond Lady”.
