Dakar, 5 Feb (APS) – The Diambars-Teungueth FC match on the sixth day of Ligue 1 pits the top two teams in the standings, who both lost their match on the last day, against AS Douanes (0- 1) and Jaraaf (0-2).
At the Fodé-Wade stadium in Saly-Portudal, Diambars’ lair, they will have the opportunity to confirm their leadership during this meeting.
Diambars and Teungueth FC will be able, with this match, to avoid being caught by Jaraaf, who have the same number of points (10) as them.
More than Diambars, who started this season with a new cycle, Rufisque’s team must seek reassurance, while awaiting their next match of the African Champions League (LDC).
The Rufisquois will start the LDC, on February 12 or 13, with a match scheduled in Tunisia, against Esperance de Tunis, 2019 African champion.
The Jaraaf-Ndiambour match will also attract attention due to its importance and the international schedule of the Medina team.
Jaraaf will travel to Harare to play Zimbabwe’s Platinum FC for the first leg of the CAF Cup scoping round scheduled for February 12 or 13.
