Lindsay Lohan’s friends and family members threw a baby shower for her over the weekend.
The 36-year-old actress was featured in a photo that was take during the celebratory event and shared to her good friend Juliet Angus’ Instagram Story on Saturday. She also took a selfie with her sister Aliana.
The Freak Friday star announced last month she and her husband of one year, Bader Shammas, are expecting their first child together.
In the photo that was shared to Angus’ Story, Lohan wore a patterned white blouse while celebrating with her family and friends.
Angus also described the Herbie: Fully Loaded star as her ‘gorgeous preggers bestie and glowing Mama-to-be’ in a text graphic that was added to the post.
The performer switched into a knitted green-and-white shirt before taking a selfie with Aliana.
Her bright red hair contrasted perfectly with the tones of both of her tops in both of the shots.
Lohan’s younger brother Dakota also shared a shot to his Instagram account in which he placed his arm around Shammas as they spent time at a restaurant.
The social media personality referred to his brother-in-law as ‘ma brother for life’ in a text graphic that was added to his photo.
The actress and her husband initially began dating in 2018 and he first showed up on her Instagram account in 2020.
The performer was previously linked to figures such as Wilmer Valderrama and Samantha Ronson.
Lohan was also engaged to Egor Tarabasov, although they later split up and she went on to allege that he had abused her during their relationship.
She went on to start seeing Shammas, and the happy couple revealed their engagement to the public in 2021 before they tied the knot the following year.
The performer subsequently announced her pregnancy through a post that was shared to her Instagram account on March 14.
Lohan’s mother Dina previously spoke to People and stated: ‘I’m literally over the moon. I’m so happy, I can’t stop smiling…My oldest baby is having a baby.’
She added: ‘It’s so crazy. I’m in disbelief a little bit sometimes because you’re like, “Well… it makes you older clearly!”‘
The performer has not revealed her child’s projected due date to the public as of yet, although sources told People that her baby would arrive this summer.
