Timetable
It is difficult to make a statement about when results can be expected. As a result of the corona virus, many municipalities expect delays in counting the ballot papers. Smaller communities should be counted shortly after 12 noon. Kriens, for example, expects the results to be available between 3 p.m. and 3.30 p.m., other municipalities such as the city of Lucerne and Sursee have already announced that they will need several days to count out all the ballot papers. It is clear that in addition to the comprehensive protection of those involved, the municipalities must also comply with the regulations for correct counting to 100 percent.
