With the publication of a photo from a surveillance camera, the Berlin police are looking for a man who is said to have racially insulted a passenger in a subway in Prenzlauer Berg on August 21, 2021 and attacked him with a knife.
The crime took place near the Eberswalder Strasse train station at around 2.45 a.m. The man insulted an Iraqi (41) who was then attacked with a knife.
In the attack, the passenger suffered a cut on his upper arm. The suspect is said to have been accompanied by another man and left the train with him at the Eberswalder Strasse underground station.
