Mario moves to Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Super Mario Bros. celebrated 25 years last year, but old grandfather is obviously not so self-absorbed that he drops out to join when others celebrate birthdays.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons celebrates one year in a month, and in that connection we will, as promised, finally get to see a good part of the Mario universe in the game. From March 1 (the update comes on February 25, but the items the following Monday) it will be possible to buy Mario, Luigi, Peach and Wario costumes, blocks, Thwomps, coins, stars, shells, flame flowers, warp tubes and other things you can see in the trailers below that allow you to turn your island into a real Mario space. The warp tubes sound especially useful since they quickly take you to another place where you have placed a tube.
