“Firmas.lv” data show that Armands Grīnbergs has been appointed a member of the council, replacing Valērijs Lieģis, while Olesya Sergejeva continues to work in the council.
According to the representatives of “Lido”, Kirsons has made changes in the council in order to strengthen the company’s leading position in the market and improve the company’s management.
Representatives of Lido informed that Blumbergam, who managed Lido from April 2017 to May 2019, has extensive experience in leading positions in the financial sector, including more than ten years of experience in an investment management company. Greenberg, who has recently joined the Lido Council, has more than 15 years of experience in various business areas.
The company’s representatives emphasize that Kirsons does not plan to sell a controlling stake in the company and will focus on the company’s development and implementation of new technologies in the future.
Rita Auziņa continues to lead the company’s board and Renārs Gulbis and Rasmuss Pētersons also work in it.
As reported, the Competition Council (CP) has allowed Amber Beverage Group Holding to acquire a decisive influence over JSC Lido.
In 2018, Lido had a turnover of 41.883 million euros, which was 8.5% more than a year earlier, but the company’s profit decreased 7.3 times and amounted to 241,365 euros. The company’s financial results for 2019 have not been published yet.
Lido was registered in September 1991 and has a share capital of 1.292 million euros. The real beneficiaries of the company are Kirsons and Russian citizen Vladimir Shestakov, who owns the holding company SIA “VSh Holding”.
