Palakkad: Speaker MB Rajesh said that he is not participating in the peace meeting to be held in Palakkad. MB Rajesh withdrew citing the practice that speakers do not attend such meetings. Earlier, the Speaker had said that he would attend the meeting.

The speaker made the announcement through a Facebook post. He said he would attend the meeting as it was a peace meeting and he would like to attend as a representative of the people living in the city.
