In the Indian city of Thanjavur, wild monkeys kidnapped two newborn twins from their home, one of them was later found dead. This was reported by the edition The Times of India.
It is noted that the babies were only eight days old. They were left unattended, as the father went to work, and the mother briefly went out into the yard. At that moment, several monkeys made a hole in the roof of the house and grabbed the children.
The mother of the newborns came running to the noise, and soon the neighbors. They saw one of the babies in the paws of an animal on the roof. The monkey was driven away, and the child was saved. At the same time, the animals took the second of the twins with them.
Later, the deceased girl was found in a ditch.
