“Lilibet, who doesn’t smile and has bright blue eyes, is taken out by her nanny. She’s small and she’s also red-haired, and when there’s a small person in the room who isn’t smiling, it’s a reflex action you do anything to entertain her.”

“Harry begins to dance with his own beatboxingand Meghan Markle reaches down and joins in and then I find myself doing it too, until she smiles crookedly and we all realize it’s a little weird being joined like this.”tells the journalist for The Cut.

The moment is fleeting, but it resonates with other parents who will do anything to make their babies or toddlers smile. But what Meghan Markle and Prince Harry doing it is extraordinary and unimaginable after they were British royals.
