[Reporter Cai Zhengmin/Miaoli Report]Miaoli County Speaker Zhong Dongjin, who expressed his active participation in the election of Miaoli County Mayor, pointed out today that the election for Miaoli County Mayor is currently “1 blue and 3 green”. The candidates were all related to the Green Camp, and he emphasized that “Miaoli voters know who the true blue army is.”
Zhong Dongjin pointed out that KMT nominee Xie Fuhong had publicly opposed the KMT when Wu Dunyi, the former chairman of the KMT, protested the return of the Farmland Water Conservancy Association to the state. He even resigned as the chairman of the KMT’s Miaoli City Party Department, and then immediately took over the management of the restructured Farmland Water Conservancy Department in Miaoli. Zhong Dongjin said that the Kuomintang did not hold primary elections in Miaoli County, and there was an incident of Legislator Xu Zhirong’s refusal to recruit.
