Josey passed peacefully on February 14th, 2015, surrounded by loved ones at University Hospital Galway. His absence leaves a profound void, as his kindness, warmth, and unwavering spirit touched the lives of all who knew him.

A Life marked by Kindness

Josey was predeceased by his parents, Bridget and Martin. He is survived by his devoted wife, Helen (Mullin), sister Margaret Divilly, brother-in-law Padraig, nieces Elaine, keith, and Niamh, grandniece, grandnephews, Helen’s sisters and brothers, nieces and nephews, cousins, neighbors, and countless friends.

Those who knew Josey best remember him for his genuine kindness and ability to make everyone feel special.
