Swisscom and Salt will stop their service allowing to send photos on their mobile network. You will have to turn to other couriers.
The MMS lives its last moments in Switzerland. Two of the three main operators, Swisscom and Salt, will stop their services on January 10. Arrived at the beginning of the 2000s, the Multimedia Messaging Service makes it possible to send more content than SMS, which are limited to 160 characters of text. The MMS is used to transmit long messages, photos, videos or even a contact card.
