Member of the Board of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library, Dr. Mohammed Salem Al Mazrouei, confirmed that the great turnout witnessed by the library pavilion at the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2023, which concluded the day before yesterday, clearly reflects the public’s desire to explore the world of knowledge and culture, and demonstrates interest in The increasing interest in reading and reading in the Emirati society, pointing out that the turnout shows that the book still occupies an important place in the lives of individuals.
The library provided the exhibition audience with the opportunity to view 19 rare pieces from the ammunition and special collections exhibition, which varied between books, atlases, and rare and old manuscripts.
A group of publishing houses, writers, authors, and official delegations from inside and outside the country donated a number of books that focus on literature, social sciences, cultural titles, and translations, in addition to many other fields and disciplines, to join a distinguished and unique series of knowledge treasures in more than 70 languages around the world.
