Santiago – The Polisario separatist movement, currently at bay, is at the end of its rope and in total loss of international support, as evidenced by the recent decision of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana to withdraw its recognition of the pseudo “rasd”, wrote the Chilean portal “Marruecos Latinoamérica Siglo 21”.

This new setback comes at a time when the intervention of the Royal Armed Forces to free the passage of El Guerguerat and secure the flow of goods and people has been highly welcomed and qualified as a peaceful approach respecting international law, underlines the Chilean media.

Referring to the decision of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana to withdraw its recognition of the pseudo “rasd”, the site observes that this country has assured that it “will give its full support to the efforts of the United Nations for a peaceful solution and mutually acceptable ”.

The Republic of Guyana, which recognized the ghostly entity on September 1, 1979 and whose decision coincides with the commemoration by the Moroccan people of the 45th anniversary of the Green March, has become the 14th country in Latin America and the Caribbean to have withdrawn its recognition of the chimeric entity since 2010, recalls the Chilean portal.
