Mortada Mansour, president of Zamalek, refused to offend the Al-Ahly club permanently through his club’s channel, describing it as rejected fanaticism, after Ahmed Eid, the former white player, made statements against the red genie.
Mansour, president of the Zamalek club, said in statements to “Al-Zamalek” channel: “I refuse to offend the Al-Ahly club or any feelings that spread hatred against him on the Zamalek channel. If Ahmed Eid hates Al-Ahly, let him be outside Zamalek.”
Zamalek president continued: “The club’s channel against football fanaticism and I refuse to offend the Al-Ahly club.”
Thani Bin Jassim Stadium at Al Gharafa Club will host, at seven in the evening, the African Super Cup between the Tunisian Esperance champion of the African Champions League and the Egyptian Zamalek champion of the Confederation.
