Mourinho finally collapsed in the hands of Moyes

Stopped already unbeatable network Jose Mourinho on David Moyes, after Tottenham Hotspur fell 1-2 from West Ham United.

Tottenham Hotspur defeated 1-2 when they visit West Ham United at London Stadium, Sunday (21/2/2021) evening WIB, in continued Premier League. The Lilywhites only able to reply once through Lucas Moura, after being broken into by Michael Antonio and Jesse Lingard.

The result broke the unbeaten run Jose Mourinho on David Moyes. Previously, the Portuguese manager had never lost in 15 meetings in all competitions, recording nine wins and six draws.

For Moyes, this is an achievement in itself because Mourinho is the toughest opponent for him. The 15-game streak is Moyes’ longest fast against a manager.

With this defeat, Tottenham Hotspur increasingly sagged its position in Premier League standings. Spurs are in ninth position with 36 points, picking just one win and losing four in the last five games.

“I feel we are not in a position to match our potential. Even though I have thought for a long time that we have problems that I cannot solve myself,” he said. Jose Mourinho quoted BBC.

“Our potential is higher than where we are now, of course there is frustration. We should be in a better position. It is very difficult to think of the top four,” he added.
